4. Payments and Billing
Prices for our products and services are displayed in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. All payments are securely processed through Stripe. • Prices may change without prior notice, but changes will not affect purchases already made. • Applicable taxes are the responsibility of the buyer according to their jurisdiction. • By making a purchase, you authorize the corresponding charge to your payment method.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on our digital products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase: • You can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. • The request must be sent to hello@infyagency.com. • The refund will be processed within 10 business days following approval. • The refund will be made to the original payment method. For custom services (web development, SEO, etc.), refund conditions are established in each project's individual contract.
6. Acceptable Use
When using our services, you agree not to: • Use the service for illegal or unauthorized activities. • Attempt to access systems or data without authorization. • Send malicious, defamatory content or content that violates third-party rights. • Interfere with the operation of the site or services. • Impersonate another person or entity.
