3. Processing Timeline

Once your refund request has been received and approved: • The refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days. • The amount will be returned to the same payment method used for the original purchase. • You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been processed. • The time for the refund to appear on your statement may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Custom Services

5. Exclusions

Refunds do NOT apply in the following cases: • Requests made after 30 days from the purchase of digital products. • Products or services obtained through fraud or misuse. • Custom services that have already been completed and delivered as agreed in the contract.
